​Looking after your BMW or MINI is of great importance and we pride ourselves on being the best equipped BMW specialist in Shropshire for BMW and MINI servicing.

 

If you want to ensure that your vehicle is running optimally and protected from future issues you must have it checked and serviced when the car asks you to do so. Normally this will be in the form of a warning on your speedometer or central Idrive display screen.
 

Modern BMW and MINI models (those models built since 2005 to the present day) utilise a servicing schedule called 'Condition Based Servicing' or 'CBS' for short. CBS is a way of breaking up the servicing requirements of your car into manageable chunks rather than the traditional Oil Service, Inspection 1 (minor service) or Inspection 2 (major service) that BMW used to use.

The idea behind this is that the costs of servicing your car are staggered which in turn helps to spread the burden of servicing bills over a period of time.

If your BMW falls outside the scope of 'CBS' and was produced between the years of 1970 and 2005 then we cater for the traditional 'Oil Service', 'Inspection 1' and 'Inspection 2' that your BMW was originally designed to follow.
 

We use BMW and MINI's own checklist for our services and follow the same strict protocol that your BMW or MINI main dealer would use without the often eye watering cost.

We use CASTROL engine oil and MANN filters (MANN are the genuine OEM supplier to BMW for virtually all of their filtration products).

Does your cars service history show up on your Idrive screen? Modern BMW's no longer come with a service book that is stamped at the time of a service. Instead the service is logged into the car and is viewable under the 'Servicing' tab. We have a direct relationship with BMW where we can update their systems to reflect that any work or servicing has been carried out by us. This means that BMW know your car has been repaired or serviced in accordance with their requirements and it is registered on their systems confirming so. This in turn updates your servicing record in your car and on the 'My BMW' app.
